McCool School Holds Ribbon Cutting for Annex

NAVAL BASE GUAM (Dec. 12, 2024) — Cmdr. William C. McCool Elementary/Middle School held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of the school Annex on U.S. Naval Base Guam Dec. 12. The McCool Elementary Middle School Annex will support anticipated student population growth at McCool Elementary/Middle School, with seventh and eighth grade classes transitioning to the Annex during summer break prior to the 2025-26 school year.
NAVAL BASE GUAM (Dec. 12, 2024) — Cmdr. William C. McCool Elementary/Middle School held a ribbon cutting to celebrate the opening of the school Annex on U.S. Naval Base Guam Dec. 12.
The McCool Elementary Middle School Annex will support anticipated student population growth at McCool Elementary/Middle School, with seventh and eighth grade classes transitioning to the Annex during summer break prior to the 2025-26 school year.
Once a dental facility, the McCool Elementary/Middle School Annex renovation project creates additional classrooms, a science lab area, as well as flexible learning spaces.
“We are thrilled to open this space for our upper middle school students at McCool,” Lois Rapp, DoDEA Pacific Director for Student Excellence said in a release. “This project has been a true partnership, with full support from military leaders.”
