RP1 KEITH HARPER WINS USS ABRAHAM LINCOLN SAILOR OF THE DAY!
As an embarked member of Destroyer Squadron 21, RP1 Harper supports all religious ministry requirements for over 1,500 Sailors across five DDGs. RP1 Harper has also integrated with the ABE Religious Ministry Department, providing stellar leadership to nearly a dozen Sailors in the set-up and break-down of countless religious services and studies. His expert management of ABE's library has increased resources by 75% and ignited morale across the deck plates.

RP1 Harper is an exemplary Sailor whose daily devotion to his shipmates and consistent positive attitude significantly contribute to the crew's morale and spiritual readiness. His selfless dedication and unwavering devotion to mission success make him most deserving for "Sailor of the Day."
