Staff members within the Center from Naval Aviation Technical Training domain were recently recognized for their exemplary job performance and excellence during 2020.

CNATT announced its civilian annual award winners as follows: Lamar Bradley, Senior Civilian of the Year; Michael Robinson, Junior Civilian of the Year; Eugene Pavlicek, Small Unit Civilian of the Year (CNATT Unit Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi).

Bradley, who serves as CNATT’s inventory management officer, reflected on his award.

“It is a great honor to receive this award,” Bradley said.  “This award is a result of the efforts of a fantastic team that I work day-to-day with in N42.”

Pavlicek shared similar excitement for his award announcement.  He serves as CNATTU Keesler’s field learning standards officer.

“My approach (to the job) is with high self-esteem, confidence and gratitude for the command,” Pavlicek said.  “I have always enjoyed being part of this team.”

A ‘team player’ approach was also Robinson’s emotional reaction to winning CNATT’s Junior Civilian of the Year category.  Robinson serves as a military manpower analyst in CNATT’s Total Force directorate.

“It’s a good feeling to know that you’re being appreciated for your part in the working being done on a daily basis,” Robinson said.

In all, CNATT leadership further stated that the competition was ‘fierce’ in each category and also thanked all CNATT directors and supervisors for their submissions.
